Stochastic Egg Death and Pupation

Daily egg survival is sampled from a binomial distribution, where survival probability is given by \(1-\mu_{aq}\). \(\mu_{aq}\) corresponds to daily non-density-dependent aquatic mortality.
Eggs transition into larvae at the end of \(T_e\).
